Designer Tip: I've never made anything like it! This is so shocking to me because I LOVE the sea. This necklace brings back beautiful memories. I hope you enjoy this piece as much as I do. I suggest wearing at 20 inches, while you layer something thicker above it at 14 inches. You can also wear at 24 inches, and layer as many as you want above it.
