Please note that all items are made to order by hand in our studio in San Diego. We do our best to turn orders around as quickly as possible (usually 3-5 business days), but some pieces will ship within 7-15 business days of placing order. This is true for USA orders. If your item is back-ordered, you will be notified immediately via the e-mail provided at time of purchase.

US shipping rate is $8.50 dlls, international rate is $18.00 dlls.
International orders may suffer severe delays due to customs. Unfortunately this is completely out of our hands. International orders do not have a tracking number, only a customs ID number. Should you requiere tracking number, please contact us for a quote.
If you need your order by a certain date, please e-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org. We will check our stock and try our best to ship immediately. Please keep in mind that expedite shipping DOES NOT guarantee item will arrive on time. Unfortunately there are sometimes delays in shipping that are out of our hands. Additional fees may apply for rush orders.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an e-mail from us with your UPS/USPS tracking number and details. Please be sure to check your spam inbox as well. There are no order cancellations at this point.
