We make our jewelry with so much love, that we expect/hope you treat PARPALA JEWELRY with TLC as each piece is pretty dainty and delicate due to the nature of its craftsmanship.
FASHION JEWELRY
Shall you experience any need for a repair, please know we will repair at no cost anything caused by production malfunction within 30 days of receipt. Please note each piece will be evaluated to determine if defect was caused by production, or misuse of customer.
How to do it:
E-mail: info@parpalajewelry.com to receive an address to ship item for repair. A link to pay shipment will be sent back (we would only charge shipping if breakage was caused by you). 
Shall you be in need of a repair after 30 days of receipt, please e-mail us a detailed description on needed repair, and we will send back a quote with cost of repair plus shipping cost. 
FINE JEWELRY
This warranty includes any quality issues that arise from a manufacturing defect within 30 days of purchase, including: loose diamonds or loose prongs, missing pavé stones (smaller than .10 ct each), broken clasps, and/or broken chain.
Please note this warranty does not cover issues that arise from normal wear and tear, including but not limited to: scratches, dents, stretched chains, and/or bent bands, or cracked stones. For issues outside our warranty, please e-mail: info@parpalajewelry.com for a quote. 

Resized pieces, lost or stolen pieces are not covered by our warranty.

 Please note:

Bangles and eternity bands cannot be resized

Not all rings can be resized, and most rings cannot be resized more than 1-1.5 sizes smaller or larger than originally made

A ring can be resized a maximum of one time with no cost. Any further work, will require payment. 

PARPALA JEWELRY does not resize or repair items purchased through other retailers. Such cases, must be done through them directly. 

Kindly note that any work performed on our pieces by a third party will void this warranty.
